Add new custom field to a form without Design Forms

On my site I have a ticket list. I have created a new column named: request type. Now I need to add these column to a form. But I can’t use Design Forms.

Is there an other way to add this column to my form?

I’m afraid you can only change HelpDesk forms via Forms Designer.
Can I ask why you can’t use Forms Designer?

You can use Forms Designer for free in Yacht and Ocean Liner plans. Just install and use it.
