Add reply and change status at the same time

Hi.
Is it possible to do more than one operation before click SAVE or SAVE and CLOSE? When I add a comment, and changes status before clicking SAVE - the reply will disappear and only the status is changed.

Yes, you can reply and change status at the same time. After saving, reply should reappear as a new comment within 5 seconds.

Could you please reproduce the situation, open console and send us a screenshot? To open console just press F12 on your keyboard and find the console tab on the new window. Also, please, let us know your HelpDesk version and the domain name.
