I have a form with a rich multi-line text box. When a user paste in an image into the text box via a plumsail form the image shows. However once saved the image is gone and an x replaces it. Can users paste images into a form control? What type of control is needed?

Images can’t be copied and pasted to rich multi-line text field directly, and you need to use a picture which is already uploaded to SharePoint Site or other Internet location.
Have you pasted your images through Clipboard or by specifying the URL of the picture?
Also, you can paste images in the form through List/Library control, attachments and Picture field.
