Configuration wizard is set to default every time

We have installed Org Chart on out Office365 tenant.
Unfortunately, we have this issue, that every time we open Org Chart Configuration Wizard - it opens with (mostly) default values. The source is based on custom list.
I mean - I put some changes, set some parameters, click Finish. Something changes, but when I open the wizard once again - there are default settings again.
What’s missing:

  1. Filtration: set to default. Root ID is empty, Filtration rule is a default.
  2. Layout: keeps settings put by me.
  3. General settings: keeps settings put by me.
  4. Box template: reset to default,
  5. Tooltip template: reset to default,
  6. Search result template: reset to default,
  7. Custom JavaScript: reset to default,
  8. Custom CSS: keeps settings put by me.

Could you help? What could have happened?

Does it only happen to settings on Filtration step or for the rest of the steps as well?

I have had exactly the same thing happen. Please let me know if there is a fix for this.
