I'm trying to convert a DOCX made via the "Create DOCX document from template" action to PDF using the "Convert DOCX to PDF" action.
This works most of the time but occasionally I will receive the error message in the output of the Convert DOCX to PDF action as follows:

I'm having trouble understanding why this works sometimes and not other times, especially when the prior "Create DOCX document from template" action appears to work successfully.
