Email Retrieve Issue

I am having some troubles with trying to get the Sync Mailbox with List (Exchange) workflow action to work. I currently have the the Workflow Actions pack installed in demo mode and I have manually installed the EWS API 2.2 on my SharePoint server.

After configuring the workflow in SharePoint designer and publishing it to my site, I start the workflow for our Tickets list. Once it has started, it seems to fail after about a minute. Looking at the description of the exception, I am seeing “Exchange Server doesn’t support the requested version.”

Is this because I have the wrong EWS API installed? Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue. I want to test out these workflows before we decide to purchase them.
