Email sync breaks every few days

Hi,

The email sync job with Shared mailbox is breaking every few days and I get the following error message:

System.Activities.Statements.WorkflowTerminatedException: The instance has been moved from the Suspended state to the Terminated state because it has expired. The original error which caused it to be Suspended is: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the workflow instance. Exception details: System.Net.WebException: Exception encountered while processing the HTTP request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the message and sorry for the delay with answer.

Could you please clarify the version of Actions Pack that you are using?

Note: To get the version’s number you need to open “Site Settings” -> “Solutions”, add to “Description” column to the view (Open “Library Settings”, choose the view in “View” section, check “Description” column).
