After I upload the App Package as per the instructions, I observe the error message below in the App Package Error Message column:
Deployment failed. Correlation ID: 77c77c9e-10af-6000-1336-f396f64e0cff

Thank you for contacting us.
Please try to delete the app from the App Catalog, remove it from the Recycling Bin and the Second-Stage Recycle Bin, then install the package again. This should resolve the issue.
