History Tab

It appears the History tab does not record the “Assigned to” value. It only shows that the “Assigned To” was updated. Is that correct? If so, is there way to record these values?

Example:

Lastname, FirstName
5/6/2017 12:49 PM
Ticket has been updated: Assigned to

Hi Patrick,
You’re correct. History tab currently shows only what was updated and not the values themselves. We may implement this feature in future releases as we receive feedback regarding this.
