Hi,
I’m evaluating Org Chart for SP2010, and I need to customize Expand and Collapse button (+ and -): they should work like Drill here (Expand) and Go to parent button (Collapse). Pratically at every time i just want to see the temporary root and their under level nodes.
It must work with Internet Explorer 8.

Hi, You can disable expanding/collapsing in Org Chart and allow only drill down functionality. Just open the configuration wizard, navigate to ‘General settings’ (http://plumsail.com/sharepoint-orgchart/docs/advanced-web-part-configuration/#visual-settings) and turn off ‘Enable collapsing’. Thus, you will see only drill down, go to parent and go to root buttons. Please, let me know if you need any additional information.
