I am attempting to insert a chart using the ‘Insert Plumsail Chart into the selected zone’ ribbon button on a blank SharePoint 365 page, and unfortunately nothing happens (‘Working on it…’ appears very briefly). I have tried this in IE, Edge & Chrome browsers. There are some pre-existing charts appearing on another site page.
Any ideas? Thanks.

You are using Office365 version of Dashboard Designer, correct? Find an instruction on how to install the app and add charts to Modern and Classic pages on this page - https://plumsail.com/sharepoint-dashboard-designer/documentation/install-dashboard-designer-sharepoint-online/
From classic page, you should try adding Web Part and selecting Plumsail/Dashboard Designer.
