I am having an issue when using MergeField’s in the header of a docx template. Everything pulls in fine from SharePoint when I put the MergeField in the body, but when it is in the header no information is pulled. How do I fix this?

Could you pelase say if you are using Plumsail Actions and Create DOCX from template action?
If that’s the case please share with us your DOCX template so we could try to recreate your issue and maybe help you.

It seems like it is a bug on our side, I was able to recreate it.

Hi, I just encountered this issue myself while testing a Flow, I’m glad it wasn’t something I’ve done.
It could have something to do with the type of merge performed on the document - my understanting is that mail and directory merges do not update headers. Hopefully something for you to work with.
