New field on Widget

How can you create a new field on the Widget form?

Unfortunately, currently, you cannot do this.

Probably we will implement this feature in the future if there will be enough demand for this or we will add it to our customization store and you will be able to buy it.

The use case scenario is that by adding a “category” field to the widget, I can then utilize tickets to auto route to a specific group. For instance, category facilities will go to Facilities team, Category HR can auto route to HR team.
Less work in managing the flow.
