Re-assigning ticket: asignee didn't get notified

Hello,
I re-assigned at ticket to a colleague and he didn’t get notified. I am trying to check on the triggers settings.
I have not enabled the Notification: Assignee - Private note created. Not enabled, but think this is should not have an impact. Could you please confirm what other thing could be causing this?

The trigger which sends a notification when you re-assign a ticket called Notification: Assignee - Assignment.

Please make a screenshot of this trigger with the actions section expanded. If you have some sensitive information you can send it to me via PM.

Also, you could try to find the bug in the trigger’s logs, button ‘Show logs’, and search there the ticket you re-assigned.
