Some Questions regarding Report Views

I wanted to see how to modify a page on the reports overview section to include By Requesters.

This way I can see who sends in the tickets.

2nd question:
Is there a way that the helpdesk could default the autocreation of the ticket by the domain name? because we have multiple different companies.

Well, on the default Reports page there is a section with Top 10 most active requesters.

Could you please clarify what do you mean by “autocreation”?
