Trigger issues

When we create a ticket and assign it, all agents are still being notified that a ticket has been created.

Trigger Condition:
[AssignedTo] = ‘’

It was the default syntax…any hints?

Your syntax is correct. I’ve just tested it:

  1. Created a new ticket and set an assignee right in the new form. Saved it.
  2. Only the assignee received a notification.
  3. I created another ticket and left the ‘Assigned To’ blank.
  4. All agents received a notification.
