Upgrading to latest version

Org Chart SharePoint 2013/2016 version

We’re running version 2.3.11 and want to upgrade to the latest version. Don’t find any instructions for it however, is it like doing a new install?
Please let me know the easiest way to upgrade.

Thank you for your question.

Please, download the latest Org Chart version here, run the installer and choose the Upgrade option. Once the updates are installed please reactivate Plumsail Org Chart feature in the Site Collection Features Settings.

Anna, we have the Office 365 version we bought last year, how do we get the latest version installed?

In see your maintenance is still active, so you can download the latest Org Chart for Office 365 version here and replace the version that you have in the App Catalog with the new one.
