Widget Permissions

Hi - A colleague said that he installed/set up the widget on MS-hosted SharePoint (365).

When users viewed their widgets, everyone could see everyone’s tickets.

Is this by design?

How do limit it so that people can only see tickets that they created?

There was a short time glitch in the system. We fixed it the same say as soon as it was reported.
