Access is denied error for address field

Hello Plumsail,

We have users reporting today that when entering an address in a Address field, forms will throw up an error "Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT.0xB0070005 (E_ACESSDENIED)".

Never happened before now. Users are on Samsung Tabs using Chrome browser. Using the same form on a PC running Chrome does not return an error.

Please advise as this is impacting service...thanks.

Hello @ParAvion ,

looks like the user being in edit mode does not have access to data which is being shown in "Address" field.

  • Do you store the data on other site?
  • Do you store the data somewhere on the same site in the list where the user does not have permission to?
  • Do you load the data from any external source?

Try to focus on that. :slight_smile:

Dear @ParAvion,
What exactly is the field type for Address? Can you send a screenshot from List Settings? Does the issue happen for every user or just for some users? Same user on PC is okay as opposed to Chrome on mobile device?
