Access list via lookup and get metadata for fields

I would like to access an extra list of hotels for a booking form via a lookup field (Common Fields).

The selection is made via the hotel name.

Metadata such as location, street, etc. are still attached to the hotels. I would like to pick them up with the selection and write them back into fields of the SharePoint list of bookings.

How can I realize this?

Yu can populate fields on the form with data from the Hotels list using Extra fields property. Please find the explanation and examples in the documentation:
