Hi!
So, I updated our tickets to include a “cancelled” status, and I modified all of the different views, to exclude this along with the “Solved” status. However, the counters on the “My Tickets” webpart don’t accurately reflect this, i.e. they still “count” the cancelled tickets, even though they don’t appear in the views.
Can I change something myself to reflect this, or is this something that needs to be changed from Plumsails side?
