I want to add a company logo to a public form, but the logo image I have is only available as a file on my hard drive. I tried just putting in the drive path for the Image URL but that didn't work. Can you only add images that are already available on the web?

Are you using a desktop designer? If so, you should specify the image URL on the web.
But you can upload an image from your hard drive designing forms in web designer. Go to Plumsail Account, and navigate to Forms page to design forms.
