All 365 HD instances getting error

HI, We have just started getting an error on all our instances of Plumsail HD where we search a ticket list and get the following errors,

Hello! Please clear the browser cache and check whether the issue persists. If it does, please follow these steps:

  1. delete the HelpDesk package from the app catalogue,
  2. clear the recycle bin of the app catalogue,
  3. upload the package again,
  4. if you don't have a Forms package, install it either according to the instruction,
  5. clear the browser cache and check whether the issue persists.

Removing the package doesn't affect any of your data. All of them are stored in SharePoint lists of your HelpDesk site. The package affects only the UI of the HelpDesk (navigation panels, ticket forms). It would be a small and short inconvenience that most of users won't even notice. The process will take several minutes. And please pay attention that clearing the browser cache may alone solve the issue. So try first it and then, if it didn't help, got the steps with the packages.
