All public forms, are empty as of today

Is anybody experiencing the same problem?
All my public forms are blank as of today...
Also unable to submit a helpdesk ticket.

Hello @Rudo_Olijslager,

Please completely clear the browser cache or open a form in an incognito window.

If that doesn't help, please share the link to the form.

I did here are the URL's of one of our forms:

and they are back up again!
