All public forms blank can't open a ticket

As off today all my public forms are blank and not loading.
I try to add a ticket at the helpdesk, but it won't load when i want to add a new ticket.

Hello Rudo! Please try the following steps:

  1. Update your HelpDesk to the latest version (2.1.13 for SharePoint Online and 1.3.13 for SharePoint On-premises).
  2. Clear the browser cache and check whether the issue persists.
  3. If it does, reset the ticket forms to default.
  4. Clear the browser cache and check whether the issue persists.
  5. If it does, reproduce the issue, save and share the browser console logs (F12 > Console tab > Context menu of any record > Save as) and network data (F12 > Network tab > Export HAR button). Provide all the collected information to support@plumsail.com and refer to this topic.
