Attachments to comments emailed to Requester

Hi,
If an Agent adds an attachment to a reply, is there functionality to include this attachment (not just a relative URL) in the email which gets sent to the Requester?

Hello, Adrian.

The attachments are actually included in the message that sent to the requester. The relative URLs are used by severs to get the files to be attached. If you wish, you can create a test ticket, specify yourself as a requester and check it.
