Automated Status Change Based on Commented Text

I am looking to set me system to automatically set the status of a ticket to "Resolved" when the comments in the body of an reply email contain the words "Issue Resolved". It does not appear to be picking up this text. What is wrong in my trigger setting?

Nevermind. I found detailed instructions in the help documentation.
