Can form pull info from Dynamics 365 / Dataverse?

We would like a form filled in by our staff. However, we need some of the fields to be pre-filled depending on the project, or a job number, etc.

For instance, if user types in a project number, can certain fields be already populated from our database on Dynamics 365 / Dataverse?

Can your form be programmed to pull info from Dynamics 365?

Alternatively, could we link our form to our existing Dynamics 365 platform and use either the Flow or Word Template (most preferably) buttons to generate documents from our pre-existing data?

Alternatively, you might be able to use Power Automate to retrieve the data when the form is being processed (after submission).

A paid plan is required to use Azure in order to connect dynamics with Plumsail Forms?

Which plan do I need to have?
