Canned Response Formatting

Hi,
We noticed an issue with Canned responses today with the formatting. When we look at editing a Canned Response it looks find but when we go to insert it into a ticket we end up with extra spacing between the paragraphs. i have attached examples so you can see what i mean

Is there a way to fixed this so it is consistent between editing a canned responses and using it in a ticket

Hello Stefen! We have fixed the issue but haven't yet released the changes. I will notify you once it is done.

Hello! The problem is resolved. If you still have extra margins between lines, please clear browser cache.
