As a temporary solution could you please try to specify the root ID as the account name of the head employee in the “Software” department? It should resolve the issue. Please, let me know about the results.
Could you please try to specify the same account as the root ID without setting up the filtering rule and send me a screenshot of the chart you get? Please, make sure to display the department name in the Box Template. Understanding of the chart structure would help to identify the cause of the issue. Thank you!
