Cannot upload the plumsail-orgchart-o-365.sppkg file

Because I do not have the Upload button in the app catalog as in the installation procedure, though I have admin rights...
Any idea?

It's very strange... Could you try just drag the package and drop it in the library "Apps for SharePoint"?

Jocelyn, could you also check your permissions on the library?

Please go to the library settings:
