If you have an error message about missing Microsoft Exchange Web Services Managed API 2.2 then you need to install it on the WFE server where you installed Workflow actions pack.

Hi. I'm sorry for the late response. Totally got side tracked there.

So I finally got around to install EWS 2.2, but it didn't work right away. Does this require a server restart? Or should I recreate the workflow?

I restarted and i think got a step closer. But still not working. The new error I'm getting is:
Exception: The SMTP server does not support authentication.

After a little bit of research I tried this and that works.

Would you happen to know how to resolve the exception above?

Hello @jaitsujin,

Most likely, you need to check the SMTP account settings on the SMTP server and in the action settings. Check if there are any issues with authentication on the SMTP server, check it with another program, for example, any mail program with the settings could help to isolate the issue. The error message is returned by the SMTP server itself.
