Change Service rate on tickets



Is there any way to change the service rate value on tickets? We have a few people who clicked the wrong button and would like to correct the value but the fields appear to be read-only.

Thank you for your question.

You may reopen a ticket and then close it again, then use the rating links from the old or the new notification email to change the value of the field.

Or you may change the value manually in the hidden TicketMetadata list. You can access it by direct URL:
