Close on status change?

The previous versions of HelpDesk had a button that save close on save.
The newer version doesn't have this, so we have to change the status, save as … and then close the ticket once it saves.
It was really helpful the previous way. Is there a way to implement this in the latest version?

Hello! Perhaps, you mean the button on the screenshot. If it's active, the form will not be closed after saving a ticket. Disable the button to close ticket form automatically on saving.
