Compact Layout not working


I have just purchased OrgChart for Office 365.
I have compact layout selected however my structure looks as illustrated below:


Empl1 Empl2 Empl3 Empl4 Empl5 Empl6 Empl7 Empl8 Empl9 Empl10 Empl11 Empl12 Empl13

How can I get it to fit into the page? Where its is compact? Turning compact on and off makes no difference?
I’d like to see something more manageable without having to scroll so far

I’d also like to know how you can make the length of the presentation box longer?

Hello Rachel,

Currently, are stacked the boxes of only those users, who have a manager (or a dotted manager) and do not have any subordinates. Otherwise, they are arranged in a horizontal line.

A possible solution in your situation would be using the automatical scaling to fit the visible area. Please, find information about how to do it in this article.

As an option, our paid support can add another type of stacking.
