We have installed Org Chart on out Office365 tenant.
Unfortunately, we have this issue, that every time we open Org Chart Configuration Wizard - it opens with (mostly) default values. The source is based on custom list.
I mean - I put some changes, set some parameters, click Finish. Something changes, but when I open the wizard once again - there are default settings again.
- Filtration: set to default. Root ID is empty, Filtration rule is a default.
- Layout: keeps settings put by me.
- General settings: keeps settings put by me.
- Box template: reset to default,
- Tooltip template: reset to default,
- Search result template: reset to default,
- Custom CSS: keeps settings put by me.
Could you help? What could have happened?
