Convert XLSX to PDF not working

Runs non stop - never converts file. Last run it ran 56 minutes before I stopped flow. Removed Plumsail docs from connectors, re-added with new api , relinked in flow and same results.

I have the paid version for x amount of documents per month, having to manually convert and send out PDF.

Any ideas what's up?

Please accept my apologies for the issue. There was a failure of some services but currently all should work fine. We're researching the core of the issue.
