Create additional New Ticket option

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible for me to create/duplicate the New Ticket option in Help Desk. I would like users to have two options to create a new ticket, one option to create new Project Tickets and another option to create new Amendment Tickets. Once I can create a new ticket option, I can use Forms Designer to customize it.

Hello! I am sorry for the delay in replying you. I would advise you to use a wizard container in the New form and to hide or show steps depending on what ticket type was selected on the first one.
