Custom Email Settings

Hi all,

Does anyone successfully use the SMTP server settings?

I have set this to use the Microsoft SMTP server, from one of our Exchange Online email accounts.

After clicking the test button, I receive an email to the mailbox, saying “This is a test email” or something similar and it shows as that user that sent it. However, when a notification is sent out to the users, it still uses the Plumsail mail address…

Anyone else have this issue?

This is indeed the Helpdesk Sharepoint Online Version.

Could you please send me your SMTP settings via PM and please tell me your domain name, you could also send it via PM.

An update for anyone else having this issue, I had set the mailbox to forward in the “Mail Flow” settings, instead it works if you set up an inbox rule to “Redirect” the emails.
