Custom Field not Updating in Ticketing system


We have created some custom field in our ticketing system to capture data and when the agents tried to update the field accordingly, it appears not to be updating when they make any change. Please can you have a look as we need this working.

Please share some more info with us. How did you create the custom field? Did you create a new column in the Tickets list and then modified the Ticket forms, as per this instruction in our docs?
What happens when you insert a value in the new field and then save the form? Some screenshots will definitely help us understand what might be wrong here. Thank you!
