Custom themes don't apply

I've been trying to update the theme for my form to match my company's digital style guide. The documentation says that I may have to wait a few minutes for the theme to be applied, but it's been over 24 hours since I've saved the changes to my public form, and it's still not viewable on the web preview screen.

Are there additional steps that I'm missing for the theme to apply?

It is now working. I didn't do anything differently, but it magically started working. I even made a change to my custom theme and it updated again after five minutes.

To anyone having the same problem,

if theme is not applied, please clean the browser cache.
