I have been configuring and testing a new system. I would like to delete the 'test' tickets now before going live . I am getting an error message " the property or field has not been initialised " when I try deleting tickets.
Hello Grant! Could you specify how you delete the tickets and where the error occurs? I need all the information you can provide for reproducing the case you have. Also, please specify the HelpDesk version you have.
We are using HelpDesk in SharePoint in Office 365.
I (and one of my colleagues) have tried deleting in a number of ways.
We have tried open the tickets in an Edit form, we have tried selecting them all from the list and also selecting them individually in the list.
Only in the latter instance do we get an error message as follows:
The property or field has not been initialized. It has not been requested or the request has not been executed. It may need to be explicitly requested.
We request external access to your instance since we assume that the issue is caused by some unsupported customisation. Details are in private message.
