I deployed a ticketing system for one of our department and is beginning to show this, saying the trial period has expired. However, we still have a valid license. please can you check why this is happening.

The message informs you that the expired trial period relates to Cross-site Lookup and not to Forms Designer. Are you sure that you have an active license for that product? Please send me a SharePoint domain (where the product is used) in personal message so I could check it.
