Drag and drop attachment field not possible

Hey all,
I'm on version 1.8.7 and have Sharepoint 2019.

I want to drag and drop files into an attachment field in the EditForm like described here:
Attachments field — SharePoint forms (plumsail.com)

I use the latest Microsoft Edge version. Unfortunately the drag and drop doesn't work for the attachment field, only for a list- or library field.

But I need it to work in the attachment field - what am I doing wrong?

The drag-n-drop capability for the SharePoint Attachments field was added in version 1.9.0.

Please see the instructions on how to update Plumsail Forms for SharePoint 2019.
