E-Mails answers / tickets are not delivered

E-mails do not reach our helpdesks anymore. Regardless if they are sent as answer to a existing ticket or if we send a mail to the helpdesk mail address in order to create a new ticket:

  • tested on multiple sitecollections
  • tested with various domains
  • helpdesk app was updated yesterday - after that mails were tested and working

It seems like just the forwarding is broken because trigger mails are still working if a ticket is created via form.

Any advise?
