Email settings error - Validation request failed [#SP44439]

Hi we get the issue below on 2 of our sites. started last week and have tried updating plumsail and "grant access"/"readding the mail account"

There was an error with subscribing to the changes.
Error message:

Subscription validation request failed. Notification endpoint must respond with 200 OK to validation request.

Hello Elias! Do you try to connect an Outlook mailbox? If so, please check whether you granted proper permissions to the account you use to grant access to the mailbox. If the issue persists, please share screenshots of the error and of the permissions granted to the account.
