Yes, its still coming up with the error message when trying to edit ticket.

- Could you please let me know if it is a particular user who experiences the issue or it persists for all the agents?
- Does the issue persists for this ticket only or for various tickets?
- Are you able to edit the ticket?
- Have you adjusted item-level permissions in the tickets lists or any other lists? Looks like the error might be related to conflicting permissions set in the list settings and on the item level.
