Error occured during installation Modern ticket forms

Hi guys, tried this 2 times, getting the same error.

12:28:25 PM: Couldn't deploy Modern ticket forms. Trying again...
12:28:56 PM: Couldn't deploy Modern ticket forms. Trying again...
12:29:38 PM: Error occured during installation Modern ticket forms.
12:29:38 PM: Form Web Part is not installed on the current site.

Any help would be appreciated. Installing in Office 365.

Hello Philip, could you deploy a HelpDesk package following this instruction and then try to install HelpDesk again using the wizard? If it doesn't help, please raise a ticket by sending a message to [email protected]. In the ticket, refer to this topic, specify your SharePoint domain and provide other issue related information (screenshots, full logs of the installation process and other if you find anything potentially useful).
