I've been working on a ticket form for a widget. suddenly I'm getting this error when I send the ticket. - how should I fix it?

Hello! Please export your form and share it - it will be easier for me to investigate the issue.
I cant do that so I have sent you an email with file attached. If that does not work then please tell me an alternative to sharing. we're locked down pretty tight.
