Erroring logging into account.plumsail.com + forms broken

Looks like no status change for us. https://account.plumsail.com/ still erroring, forms not loading, support tickets page has spinning cursor.

Is this issue also affecting Documents?
our applications which utilize the Plumsail Documents connector in Power Automate has been down most of the day

Only SharePoint forms running on the clients' sites have been fixed - we're working on everything else!

The Documents and the Plumsail Account, as well as public web forms are not yet available.

SP forms on classic are still not working

Not working for us in SPO either. Progress cursor appears, stops, blank space.

Edit: after another refresh, we have an error message now where the form should be:

An error has occured while rendering the form.

Are you using Plumsail Forms for SharePoint Online? Forms Designer (classic) is still not available, only modern forms have been fixed at the moment, everything else is in progress.

Do you have any errors in browser's console?

Cross Site Lookups are also having issues, blank page comes up for us...

Can you try it in Incognito mode? We've changed the DNS records, so it may take some time to provision them everywhere - it might be working for some users, but could still take time to reach you.

We're using forms for SharePoint Online. Our forms pages are coming up mostly blank now, or with the script error I mentioned above. Grabbed this snip from the console when going into edit mode for a page with an embedded Plumsail form web part.

Still having issues, but I'll give it some time and check back.

Please, keep us updated - we've done all we can on this matter. Now it should be available as soon as the DNS records are updated worldwide.

Document generation is working again for our org - thanks for getting this resolved!

Be patient, DNS has to propogate worldwide. In the midwest US we are almost good as a couple of requests are coming back with 503, but all the others are good. I hate waiting.

On point. This should never happen. Very vunerable and unreliable.

Plumsail Team, You should change the design. How is this even possible?

@Nikita_Kurguzov Please take this situation as an example of how badly things can go. We highly rely on this product in multiple scenarios, on a very high scale.

You admitted that you were aware of the problem with phishing...

We lost reputation and money due to this faulty design. Our employees could not conduct their duties.

Correction: Create from template is up. Document creation via Plumsail Processes is not.


Public web forms is still not available.

Could this have anything to do with Ukraine and traffic being blocked etc...

There is no connection to the political situation in the world, the timing is just unfortunate. We're slowly bringing the services back one by one, that is unless the main account is restored.

Of course, we sincerely apologize for all the trouble, and we'll do our best to secure the services once they are operational, but for now, it will still take a bit of time.
